H Power Computing uses SMS text messaging to communicate with customers regarding computer repair, data recovery, custom computer builds, and other services they have requested.
Program Description
By opting in to receive SMS messages from H Power Computing, you may receive text messages related to your requested services, including:
- Computer repair diagnostic results
- Repair estimates and pricing
- Requests for repair authorization
- Repair status updates
- Notifications that a repaired computer is ready for pickup
- Custom computer build estimates, pricing, and status updates
- Computer data recovery estimates, status updates, and completion or pickup notifications
- Other service-related communications
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on the status and needs of your requested service. You may receive multiple messages during the course of a repair, data recovery, or custom computer build service.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan.
Opting In
End users opt in by providing their mobile phone number in our Request Support contact form, which is available on every page of hpowercomputing.com. They then voluntarily select an unchecked checkbox agreeing to receive SMS messages from H Power Computing regarding services they have requested, including computer repair, data recovery, and custom computer building.
SMS consent is optional and is not required to purchase services.
Opting Out
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message from H Power Computing. After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you subsequently opt in again.
