Arriving at our store will a completed form in hand will help expedite the process of us receiving your machine for repairs and getting you on your way.
Remote Support
Initiating a Remote Support session is at easy as 1-2-3!
- Schedule a Remote Support session with our support team by calling 808-531-1003.
- Download the remote support connection client, then launch the application on your computer.
- Contact HPC and provide the ID and Password that is issued to you within the remote support connection client software.
Once you’ve established a remote support connection with us, we’ll take it from there! (An active internet connection is required for Remote Support)
